He checked it, concluded what it was, pretty quickly, and (literally) provided me an ointment (to apply on the infected area) and an oral tablet (to prevent itching in those areas). Within a week, it got cured.He patiently listened to whatever I had to ask and explained things very nicely. He keeps medicines beside his desk, so I didn't have to visit a pharmacy.
