I had been in pain for so long that I had lost al hope of recovering. What made matters worse was not being able to workout. I have high BP and I must workout to keep my cardiovascular health in good condition.
After only about 2 weeks of therapy with Dr. Swati, I am happy to say that my arm has healed and I am no longer afraid of lifting it up. I am back to working out and living a normal life.
