He completed his m.B.B.S and m.S from d.M.C&h ludhiana, and his dnb from apollo hospital, chennai. He has worked as a lecturer in ikdrc, ahmedabad. With the aim of providing super speciality services, he started his own aastha kidney & super speciality hospital, ludhiana. Initially under the field of urology, nephrology and minimal invasive surgery. He has done pioneering work in the field of kidney stone disease with a large experiences in treating stone patients with all the modalities like pcnl and urs as a complete management of stone disease. Has performed thousands of kidney stone surgeries and prostate surgeries. He is one of the few urologist in punjab, performing pcnl: in complete staghorn stone, large upper ureteric stone and performing advanced urology procedures. He has performed many successful renal transplant and large reconstructive surgeries also. He has done extensive work in andrology and male infertility. His area of interest are endo urology, pediatric urology and renal transplant. He has attended many national and international conferences. He is a member of almost all the prestigious national and international urology societies in the world.
