Good behavior if the doctor, explained problem and solution clearly. I went to the emergency ward due to my excessive nasal bleeding they treated it as soon as possible and suggested to get admitted and afterwards doctor suggest surgery. I was comfortable through out the process.

We visited Dr. Soumyarup Das at ILS Hospital, Dumdum, for my fathers long-standing ear condition. The waiting time was reasonable, and Dr. Das conducted a thorough examination. With minimal yet necessary tests, he quickly identified the problem and explained clearly what could be done to treat it effectively.
What we truly appreciated was the way he explained everything - the condition, possible risks, and expected outcomes- in very simple terms, making it easy for us to understand. His friendly and reassuring approach helped my father feel comfortable and confident, and he agreed to the surgery without hesitation.

We visited Dr.Soumyarup Das first time few years back when our elder daughter’s adenoid-sinus Nose bleed and multiple infections got to a level of 99% blockage of her nasal passage. In day one, although we got rebuke from him for our unintentional delay thus complicating the case, however the way he assured us gave us complete faith on his abilities to cure our daughter to normal heath. Thankfully, we followed each and every instruction of his to each minute details and the results started showing soon. We appreciated his thorough professionalism, ********** compassion, accommodating and soft-spoken nature. He explained all our doubts and even repeated queries without any anger or hurrying things up. Recently, last month our daughter was successfully operated by him in ILS Salt Lake hospital.
