I had a fantastic visit with Dr. Vinod Chandel. He gave an accurate diagnosis and practical advice, was friendly, and clear in his explanations. The clinic was clean, and everything was well organized.

Dr. Vinod Chandel is running a top of the line advanced dental practice. I had brought my sister in law for treatment. Dr. Chandel explained to us the problem and various options for treatment. ** ******** ********** *** ** **** **** ** **** ** **** ****** The entire team of Dr Chandel is very polite and extremely professional in their respective duties.

I live in USA. I felt Dr. Chandel’s practice was as good as any dental clinic that I have seen in USA. The entire environment was very well maintained and sanitized.

I highly recommend Dr. Chandel.

Horrible: We went for denture fixture for my mom. He first asked us the problem in which we explained our fears, apprehensions and bad experiences with other doctors. He just came to know of our weaknesses and took advantage.

Here's what went there:

Doctor asked about not coming previous day and being late on next day: I told my mom is scared as she has bad experience with other dentist here where denture did not fix in lower jaw and also I explained that it was because the lower jaw bone is gone/ weared now. He examined and confirmed that the jaw bones are weared so it will require an implant costing around 5L or 1.2L depending on our preference. Then he said he want to do a scan. They quickly did a scan. When i asked the reason for scan, he said he would need it for implant. But then i said I have not yet confirmed that i want an implant. He replied he did it to confirm if jaw bones are gone or not. I said other doctors confirmed it without a scan, and he said yes but we wanted to be sure. This unnecessary scan costed me additional 600 rupees.

Then i asked why 1.2 L if i go for screw implant, he said for upper and lower jaw. But i replied that other doctors are just saying lower bone is gone, why are you saying upper also, and he replied that ok then the cost will be 70K for lower jaw bone.

then finally i understood his mentality and thought of leaving. I gave him 900 Rs (300 consultation and 600 scan) and asked for file. They gave a file in which there was no scan report. I asked for that and they said we will e-mail yop. Is this something one should ask for?

I think my story explains everything and one should decide whether they want to visit him or not.

Dr. Vinod Chandel is not only highly qualified but also incredibly kind, helpful, and humble. He truly deserves ***** respect and is an excellent doctor. I feel very fortunate to have been treated by him.

My experiences here have been great here. Dr. Vinod Chandel is a great dentist. The staff are all super cool/friendly. I am soo lucky that Dr Vinod and The advance dental care dentistry has been my dentist form past 12 months.

They saved and still saving my teeth and, thus, my overall health. I arrived at my first appointment with wisdom tooth extraction(the oral surgery). Scary! But it went just fine.

I had done few fillings and 2 wisdom’s tooth extractions. Still more to go. But I know one things for sure one day I’ll walk from that clinic and all my teeth will be in perfect condition.

As per my physical and financial comfort we created a plan to treat my teeth as per need. Dr Vinod explained EVERY procedure and cost and presented alternative options. I asked questions, and his team answered.

Not one person in the office ever made me feel embarrassed about the state of my dental health or the rate I could afford to address the issues. When I had emergency dental needs, Dr Vinod and Clinic has always been there for me.
