Facility Available as our expectations with guaranteed results. We husband & wife although in Govt.Deptt.feeling comfortable with appiintment of Dr.mam and her counseller ms Kamaljit Kaur So,we feel happy with appointment and expected the good results in coming time also.

I booked an apointment here on practo.com and it was fixed for 5:30 pm.we reached hospital at 5:15 pm and asked for docter..the front office nurse said she is coming in few minutes.and she took the fee from us.docters timing is from 5pm to 8pm.we waited for 45_50 mins till 6 pm...and at least 4 times i told the nurse please call the docter .she lied to us that docter is busy in OPD and funny thing was her cabin was in our front and no one went inside or came outside in that time period after we got angry on front office nurse and said return our fees we dont wana see the docter. she imideately went inside docters cabin and docter called us .there was no patient inside..docter was completely free.(may be on ph call) ..and we met docter she just gave medicine and told my wife about few tests to be done ...all this she did in maximum 2 mins..no explanation no diet tips nothing..if only after tests docter can say anything regarding our issue then at least a docter can breif about basic heath issue related tips ..we were so much unsatisfied and disappointed...not good experience.i will just ask a question to front office nurse and receptionist and specially docter that is this a way to treat ur patients.we had mainly this problem why staff lied to us..we were the only patient for that perticular docter still we waited for 50mins if they would have clearly told us that docter will meet in 50mins or 1 hour there would be no issue but why they kept us waiting making stories that docter is in OPD etc..thats all and kindly stop this drama of booking appointment online..its of no use till u folllow it strictly..our next visit is after 10days on 27th july.lets see how they treat us on that day...if that day they kept us waiting without any reason and if the docter didnt explain us properly then we wont visit their ever..thats all i wana say..i simply request the staff and docter please dont let patients face more problems while making them wait without any reason.. thank you

Bad experience here .. will never recommend this doctotor... staff is so careless ... no care about patient... ******** **** *** **** *** **... moreover there medicines are not available at even reputed pharmacies ... ****** ** ****** ***** *******.... never reccomend this hospital .... i paid too much fees but very disappointed ...

Doctor is very good. She given very good time to patient. She is very much experienced in her field.
