For senior citizens like myself and my husband , the doctor gave much needed advice . It took about a week to recover . We never mind it . The doctor is competent enough to write a booklet of recipes which will take care of seniors keeping fit . Particularly she advises to use Jeera and Dhania while frying is indeed very useful . I recall here the efforts of Yog Rishi Swami Ramdev whose Patanjali is doing extremely well . We are soon getting his food park in Mihan . I thank the doctors. Wish both of them all the best.
