I have spent most of my life wanting to lose weight and become thinner and healthier person. I tried numerous dieting programs and gyms over the years ,but ultimately failed to take weight off. I was miserable, my knees started hurting and I was about to turn 44, I realized that it was time to make a real change. I joined Dr renge's total weight loss programs whicjh consists of ulipo and homoeopathy combined together. I was told that ulipo will help in inches loss but homeopathy and proper diet ( no fasting) would help in loosing fat. It was made me clear that only proper balance diet and little bit of exercises would help in long term weight loss and health. So started with it.
With doctor advice I followed ulipo session along with high protein , low calorie, low carb healthy diet. All fruits n vegetable of my choice were added. I was told to write everything I eat daily, asked to drink lot of water daily , with change in water drinking habbits, followed Dr advice of which foods were OK for me to eat, committed and stuck to exercise routine and found the way I felt as I lost the weight, far outweighed the so called joy I used to get from eating. Lost total 12 kg in 3 months with good health and without fasting. I appreciate positive reinforcement I received from family friends and Dr Ranges clinic.
I intend to keep my weight off for the rest of my life because i don't even want to go back to the way I was before Dr rented weight loss program. It is wonderful being healthy and it feels so good to be in control of my life.
