I was suffering from severe headache and drowsiness because of long screen time and irregular working hours. I asked Dr Barkha for a painkiller but instead she suggested to go for blood test and there she identified vitamin deficiency and low rbc count. She suggested me to take intermittent breaks, 30min sunlight exposure and a few vitamin supplements. She even suggested me to inculcate yoga in my lifestyle.
