Aarogya Clinic, Maholi

I was suffering from severe headache and drowsiness because of long screen time and irregular working hours. I asked Dr Barkha for a painkiller but instead she suggested to go for blood test and there she identified vitamin deficiency and low rbc count. She suggested me to take intermittent breaks, 30min sunlight exposure and a few vitamin supplements. She even suggested me to inculcate yoga in my lifestyle. Its been 3 months and i feel much better after now. All Thanks to her prescription and guidance and her belief that pain killer is not a solution for everything
