The Pain was so severe that I wasn't able to lift/move my arms, unable to move my neck in any direction, shoulders felt stiff & heavy. He suggested and demonstrated the Exercises to be done for Quick Recovery. Moreover, he also suggested Medicines and also gave a list of precautions necessary for recovery purposes.
