The experience was good. However, I had booked an appointment for 1.30 pm and reached the hospital by 1.15 pm and registered by 1.30 pm. Then I was informed by staff that doctor will not be in for the next hour. And finally, I got to meet the doctor at around 2.45 pm. There also was a mix of appointment and walk-in patients. Two things can be improved:
1. Don't give any slots on the app/website when the doctor is not available
2. Better management or maybe a preference for patients with appointments
