It was very upsetting as the dr was angry that the fee promised by practo was less. Instead of informing Practo to increase it after her consultation with me was over. She ver rudely told her assistant in front of me to stop services through practo as she can not see patients for less. This was hurtful and insulting. I waited for 5-10 minutes but was too uncomfortable. How can I trust a doctor who does not want to see me. Even if she is forced to how will i know she dodnt compromise because I had paid as per her fee listed. It is the doctor’s responsibility to update her fee everywhere online. And if she get an odd patient who is paying less she should be graceful enough to either ask for more explaining that the fee is wrong or be not petty and resolve the problem later. Its disgraceful to have a doctor insult a patient for no fault of theirs. Very very bad experience.
