I am a Gold Medallist Nutritionist & Wellness expert based in Amritsar. I’m an active contributor to various print and online health magazines and have experience of working with hospitals like Carewell Heart & Superspeciality Hospital and PGIMER Hospital Chandigarh (Intern). I have a number of paper publications at national and international levels too. Presently I’m working as a lecturer at S.R Government college, Amritsar teaching the subject of nutrition to the budding dieticians.I started my own clinic “Eat it Right”with the concept of “Supporting Right Diet for Healthy Life”. All it takes to live healthy is a little advice and lifestyle modification. I have helped many to achieve their goals and they continue to eat rightly and live healthy.
