I was made comfortable, explained in layman's language the problem I was facing. She also gave me a detailed and to the point description of the treatment I would be given. In these Covid days she took utmost care to maintain hygiene and minimal exposure. The outcome of the surgery is fantastic. She is prompt in answering questions and helping the patient.
