The staff is rude and insensitive to distress of patients. The doctor doesn't even meet you, ** **** **** *** ** *** ******* **** The doctor disregards therapy modules. He literally told me that I HAD to come for the daily counselling sessions. I refused because I see a therapist already. The doctor gaslighted me, didn't even tell me about the medication he put me on. After diagnosing me with suicide ideation and depression, he asked me "why are you sad?" I wanted to laugh in his face and tell him he doesn't have basic empathy

Dr. Harjot and his assistants didn't tell me anything about my condition. They only asked a few questions and listened to what I explained. None of them explained me anything or motivate me or recommend me yoga/meditation.
Dr. Harjot tried to make me buy "medicines" and "Counselling package".
