It was very bad experience, my appointment was at 2:00 pm, I was there at 1:45, after having appointment formalities, we were told doctor will come in half an hour, after half an hour they again said doctor is coming at 2:45, again at 2:45, doctor don't came, they said doctor will be there in another half hour, finally at 3:25pm i again asked them, they said wait for another half hour, I told them what kind of appointment is this? I was there with my mother, she was unable to wait anymore because he was not feeling well, so we came back without any check up, very poor service
