She needs improve on couple of things :
1) friendliness.
2) communication.
3) explanation of health issue.
4)wait time.

Sorry if the patient felt this way though I have always been told by most patients that these issues are not there in my behaviour. However if anyone felt so, I will definitely work on it If I could know which patient felt like this it would help .

No management at all She get so panic n is in so hurry that she didn't give 3 min also to patient.. Only shouting shouting and shouting on patient.******
