Here, I share my experience through my story.

I had wisdom tooth extraction. I met many doctors and everyone said that the case is difficult and I had never been to a dentist before, so as all those doctors told me, I was very scared. Slowly I started having dental anxiety. I am feeling like dentophobia. But then I went to the Dental Zone, and my hands and legs started trembling, then I met Dr. Mukesh Basantani, I request him that not do any treatment, just tell me what the actual problem is. His way of talking was very gentle, he said how can I do the treatment without telling you, it is not you, your fear is speaking. He explained everything to me and did an X-ray of my wisdom tooth, showed the clarity and said that nothing will happen, you will not feel any pain and soon you will be fine. But again I said I can't .He said you have no option other than getting the tooth removed. Now you think whether you should strengthen your heart and take the difficult step, fight with your fear of getting your tooth extracted or you should choose the easy path by taking pain killers and giving space to disease. His words and way of communication help me to overcome my fear and after two days, I got the treatment done it was quite painless and comfortable , as he said....😊 I am grateful to the entire team of him and specially for Dr. Mukesh Basantani by his expert handling, understanding and friendly behavior and support during the procedure and treatment phase. He is a well experienced and knowledgeable dentist and now I must say that he is a great counselor and mediator as well.
