I was suffering from depression and anxiety since last four years. I consulted many doctors but they could not cure my problem. But when I consulted dr. For the last five to six years I have been a victim of overthinking. I had severe Anxiety issues and was diagnosed with Bipolar and Clinical Depression with suicidal tendencies. Initially,When I was going through mental illness I did not know what was happening to me sir when I was going through mental illness I felt my life was spoiled and consistently negative thoughts was eating me up.
