At such times detailed clinical examination is never done by touching the child (palpation) because no doctor wants to hurt an already crying child. 3. The x-ray that was done on that day clearly shows periosteal buckling which was possibly missed by the other “doctors” that you had shown possibly because they are not qualified enough to appreciate it or probably because they never got to see the child on the day of injury. 4. The treatment of choice for this injury is a POP splint for just around 5 to 7 days because the fracture unites very rapidly. A pucca cast conversion never necessary in these cases. We are glad to know that child could move his hand without pain after this POP SPLINT WHICH WE HAD APPLIED TIMELY without any undue delay, before the application of which the child was in undue pain and was crying incessantly. 6. We were not able to give you the GST bill at the right time because our accountant who could get you this bill was on leave for 2 days because of sickness. 7. It was later printed and but you have apparently not collected it yet. 8. I would also like to remind you that you have not made any payment (not even a single paisa) for any of the services rendered to you (consultation, x-ray or POP splint) till date despite asking for a GST bill in advance. We have even deposited GST for the above bill to the authorities despite not receiving any payment. 9. Yet I find you here complaining about our services and giving a negative review trying to tarnish the hospital’s image, despite receiving a FREE TREATMENT. 10.
