I had checked my mother eye and she are feeling well after checked with doctor and he is very friendly with patients.

I reached the clinic at 11:10 Hrs on 2 Aug 16 as my appointment was scheduled at 11:15. I was shocked to see the notice saying "we don't entertain booking from Practo" and one ad mentioning "You can reach us at Practo". Upon inquiring in reception, the receptionist very curtly refused to honor the Practo booking & said it will take 2 hours as there was a huge crowd of patients. My daughter was crying as she was going through terrible pain & the receptionist blatantly refused even to check with the daughter to see that a child is having severe pain in left eye. As he was collecting money he was just keeping in his pocket by just writing the name and no receipts to any patients. I could guess that they are only concerned about the money and there was no humane touch. I strongly not recommend this doctor and I strongly urge Practo to delete his reference from your listings as he no longer honor bookings through Practo.

Very bad experience. Booked the appointment twice and received the message that appointment is confirmed. After 1 hour received message from the clinic that appointment is cancelled. When we reached the clinic we were told that they do not entertain appointments taken from practo app. Then why the hell is this doctor listed here?

Not behaving property to any patient
