From the first session, she laid out things in steps, starting with my diet, deficiencies, habits & lifestyle - You see, they are all connected. Once physical health was taken care of, she went on to help me understand my thoughts, fears and start looking at them from a different perspective.
I really appreciate the patience and kindness with which she explained where was I going wrong and highlighted the things which I already understood and should be happy about.

I am 67 , I recently lost my husband, when I came i was suffering from anxiety, anger,full day uneasy, couldn't not sleep at all and was taking medication for sleeping for several years; but with the proper therapy I stopped my medication and started talking more positive things and interacting with family and friends. She explained that grieving is a process and it's fine to grieve rather than burrying it and slowing we start accepting the reality. I now feel inam a free bird and feel light .

I had been suffering from anxiety issues for the last few years but had never really faced the problem. However, when the anxiety started worsening, I decided to start therapy. Visiting Dr. Reena Sharma was the best decision I made. Initially, I was sceptical about how would I initiate the conversation, however, she made me extremely comfortable starting from the very beginning. The ambience of the room is also extremely positive. I have been visiting her for the last 7-8 months now and I am doing so much better. I found her online and booked session with Dr Reena Sharma,She was very friendly and helpful from the start of my therapy. In start she listened to my problems attentively and explained me what I was facing dealing with . I was not able to get out of it on my own. i was in depression and was not able to control my thoughts. I thought I would never be able to get out of that dark phase but as I took sessions it started seeming possible and now currently I am at a much better place than I was a year ago, I have started to feel things and feels like growing out of that bad phase, Yes the Dr knows more than the patient, she guided me with good intention according to my understanding, and I am feeling so much better now after the sessions. Her guidance is what I needed.
