I contacted her just after entering third trimester of my pregnancy journey as I got diagnosed with gestational diabetes.

Seeing the test report, I got really worried and started panicking.

My gynaecologist suggested to be very much cautious about my intake now.

So ,here the role of Dr Payal came in picture.

First thing that I would really appreciate about her was she responded within hr. and secondly, my mind was really calmed & optimistic after having word with her.

Soon ,I got my diet chart and started following it from very next morning.

In between, I had few queries which she resolved promptly.

After 15 days, again undergone sugar test and it was super well controlled 😄

I have had low Hb level & I don't want to put myself on any type of medication. After consulting with Dr. Payal Shah, I was able to know what & when to eat. She makes me understand that its not only about food intake but it is very important to regularize your eating habits. The transition I have gone through is not something I could have ever expected, that in such a small duration and main thing is without medication. Just in three months, I was able to achieve Hb level 11.8 earlier which was only 8. She had prepared a diet chart for me within a day which is really simple and one can easily follow. Apart from that, what I really like about her was friendliness nature, gives her patients enough time and regular follow up.

The place was extremely hot and no ventilation (despite of being a clinic) so not sure if it was safe to stay there for long. NO AC in the clinic.

I was told the same old diet issues and process of cutting down sugar, that was just in general and not specifically considering my body reports.

My diet plan was whatsapped to me and not discussed in the 90mins session. I expected to discuss my food likes and dislikes while she makes my diet chart, to have a better understanding, but all i got was big fat lecture and details that i was already aware of.

Diet plan that was shared on WhatsApp was just basic and nothing new that is not known or specific or exclusive as per my body requirements.

The session of 90 mins and the diet chart i received was not at all worth Rs. 1000/- and 2 hours of my time. Would really not recommend the doctor ** *** *** ******* ***** *********** * *****

As a professional, she knows the value of time and she have enquired every minute things about my lifestyle, food habits, goals and then worked out the best plan for me which is super convenient and practical to follow on daily basis. Dr Payal shah is very interactive and very helpful, my weight was 82 kg around 1 month before after she recommended tailor made diet chart which is not much harsh , I reduced my weight around 4 kg , best part of the diet chart I can follow this chart during my travelling days also, as I am travelling 15 days per month and taking outside so this diet chart help me a lot to keep on target

Dr Payal Shah gives such practical advice which can be comfortably followed for a prolonged period. She in fact first understands your food and general habits and then customizes a diet plan which is in sync. I have been following the diet plan designed by her since about a week.
