The foremost thing I love about her is her patience and kindness. I feel so warm around her, talking about my problems, about my lowest to lowest points, about my dark things is very comfortable around her. She used to listen to everything I was feeling and then very humbly very easily used to either advice me or to look from an different perspective or any else method of hers to cope up. She knows so many of them. "The Rupal ways"

All of our sessions were good. But my personal favourite was "Pillow-crying". I called it pillow crying I don't know what it is called in psycology terms.

She helped me in detoxification of my thoughts. In breaking the unhealthy patterns I've been following from years.

Even today, it's been a year we barely talk these days. But whenever I face any of stressful situation, whenever I feel struck in life at any point. I isolate myself, sit alone, and analyse the things as she taught me. Her statements, her laws stay with me. And they gonna be with me for life.

Rupal mam, if you gonna read this, I want to thank you from bottom of my heart.

It's a great experience  being in therapy  under Dr.Rupal kaura ma'am.  She really helped  me to elucidate and articulate  the origin of deeply embedded  patterns  of negative  and self defeating  thinking. My experience  with Ms.Rupal ma'am was excellent- over just few sessions we got to the core of my issues  and  worked through  them.  Moreover  she is very kind, polite, professional,  eloquent , non judgemental she listen's to my every  problem very  respectfully and with so much of patience. She educated  me on the impact  anxiety  has on your body, where it comes from,  the scientific  understanding of it and techniques  to help manage  it. This I believe  was crucial  to my healing,  her knowledge  and experience  really  shone through  in every  aspect  of my sessions. Thank you for helping  me..
