Visited for Non- Surgical Sports Injury (ACL Grade - 2, 50-60% tear in MRI) I had the above injury while playing Volleyball. High chance of surgery but decided to do physiotherapy after consulting Doctor & Physio. Good treatment in terms of knowledge and level of increments for stability in 1st month & strength building thereafter. Initial days were tough and looked like surgery was needed but gradually I gained stability in knee and could walk slowly with knee support. Post 1 month, tried to regain my posture of walking and strength building through weight bearing and resistant exercises. Commitment from physio alone is not enough. You need to be mentally strong and give 1-2 hours consistently for incremental efforts. I was 1 month late to physio after injury and post that when I write this, I have completed about 2 months of physiotherapy. I can say I am 80-90% recovered as of now. It is subjective to be 100% recovered as I am considering going to sports back fully. For sedentary lifestyle and middle aged to old people without much heavy activity, you can easily be recovered in this time. After 2-3 months of treatment, i can know that I am surgery free now after proper physio.Riddhi Ma'am is very helpful in clearing and suggesting if physio was even possible in place of surgery from first day itself. She has good knowledge & long experience. She will suggest the best advice be it physio before or after surgery as per need. Best part is her caring nature and way of treatment feels like a family member and gives confidence which helps in faster recovery. Staff is also very excellent & helpful and mostly they will only be in direct contact with you with each exercise to help do it in a correct way.As far as clinic is concerned, its totally hygienic & good neat, air-conditioned place.Also, environment is jolly with different age group people interacting about their common pain point & other discussion. Only problem is it is relatively crowdy at times & individual attention might be missed some days. For long exercise hours, ma'am itself is not available but she has her eyes on everyone which is a good thing. Still, there are good 3-4 staff members who take care of everyone individually. Crowd is again due to their trust & popularity, but anyways all exercises & treatment would be completed each day with little more time than usual.For general all other joint & physio problems, I highly recommend visiting Surya Physio care and once atleast consulting which will give you the idea how good this place is. For ACL injuries, you need high commitment and mental strength from your side as sometimes it's weary and people give up. Also other combined injuries need to be checked like PCL, meniscus cartilage, fracture, etc. If all or some of this are along with ACL, there might be different possibilities. But trust yourself and the team for longer & better natural results.

This is Binaben shah. 3 months back I arrived at surya physiotherapist centre as a regular patient, but now I have become a family to all the people working there. The credits for such a warm atmosphere goes to all the staff members at the centre and most importantly to Dr. Riddhi Gohel. She treated me like her own family and made me feel comfortable since day 1. She was a friend to me rather than a doctor, and that made me gravitate towards surya physiotherapist centre. I was suffering from frozen shoulder and had completely lost hope when it happened to me during lockdown.. but the confidence that she had in me, just made it easier for the both of us to work together towards my pain. I feel fortunate to have recieved treatment from a gem, who not only relieved me from my frozen shoulder but became a life long friend to me.

** ***** ** **** ************* *** *********Even after 10 months of surgery there was not much movement in my thumb. She recommended special treatment and even helped with extra session during Diwali *** ** ****** ******* I can now do my regular Yoga without much pain and getting strong everyday. Really appreciate the extra care and interest she takes in each patient. Just one recommendation would be to maintain more hygienic clinic like cleaning leather bed, machine which touches patient body with disinfectant after each use , changing sheets after each patient use etc..

I had a back spasm and was recommended physiotherapy for a week for another ortho. Dr Riddhi during consultation and took a look at my gait and also suggested changes. however I didn't like the assembly line kind of set up that they have for the cost of the therapy this is all they can afford I guess. The evenings are busy and there are five beds lined one after other and you are shifted from one bed to another for different therapies. Many equipments looked old. I didn't find relief after five days and second opinion by another ortho told me that I didn't need physiotherapy in the first place I stopped physiotherapy and did leg extensions as adviced by him and got better. I would rate the experience 6/106 for less wait time, receptiveness etc overall experience was underwhelming for me

My experience was excellent. I was been doing physio exercises for knees & core but did not feel any remarkable effect. I do running, squash & surfing. A year ago I was suggested (by other ortho's) to stop all and do only swimming & cycling because it does not have any impact on knees & core. Dr. Riddhi has cleared all my doubts & made me feel confident that correct way of physio exercises can strengthen my weaker parts & my performance in my sport as well. Just in 2 visits she has corrected all my forms of exercise and suggested a very effective vegetarian diet as well.

Excellent... Sadly, I could not take therapy there for long enough time, due to that I had to go to my work city. It could be so great if I could continue the therapy, I am sure that my back pain and other relevant problems would have been solved by the time now. She examine a patient in detail to know about his/ her problem, and the root cause for the problem the patient is suffering. Moreover she also demonstrates an Exercise personally if one has query, about how to perform an exercise in a proper way. She, also cleared all my doubts by making me understand about what exactly am I suffering through and what would be the permanent cure for the same. I had a very good experience by being there but, sadly I could not continue my treatment there. Such a caring Doctor is a rare happening.

I was having a severe back pain which was sooo severe that I was not able to move in any direction and which I thought can not be recovered but now I am out of my pain in just 7 sessions here. They are too friendly and they gave us the best treatment.

it was a great experienced and she is a very experienced doctor.i had a knee pain and muscles stretching issue from last 6 month. i visited dr. Riddhi' s clinic and started some proper exercise (taken 15 day for exercise). now i feel better with my knee pain and muscles stretching problem.
