I have had for years recurring upper back pains on left side rhomboid and trapezius muscle part ,
In past have been to multiple physiotherapist but wasn’t satisfied with treatments , pain came back in sometime From reviews on practo i went to JB mishra sir,
doctor explained it being cervical and posture issue,
in 1 st therapy itself he did chiropractic adjustments and dry needle technique this technique were experienced by me for first time and it had instant relief in pain from 1st day itself,
Doctor charges per session which might look expensive on 1st day but his indepth ********* *** techniques are worth his time also they are not going to make you go on coming for months, in my case i have taken-only 7 sessions and have 85-90% pain relief, second last session he selflessly said no need to come after last session just practice exercises regularly,
Doctor and team very light hearted jolly and selfless, not capitalist professional but result driven treatment professional
Highly recommend to go and try treatment at shradhha physiotherapy centre

My wife is suffering from Tuberclulosis (MDR) for the last nineteen months. As a result of side effects of the TB medicines, she started developing issues in her legs and feet one year ago. Her leg bones, feet, and toes used to get stiff. She used to feel a stretch in the muscles. She felt difficulty in walking and balancing. Her walk was imbalanced. The medicine was stopped. The issue was supposed to be solved in around six months, but it did not. We were advised to refer to a neuro physician, who found the nerves of the legs damaged due to TB medicines. A treatment was started. Along with medication, physio therapy was advised. Dr. Mishra started taking care of the physio part. So far I had little experience with physiotherapy. Dr. Mishra started doing chiropractic activities like twisting, bending, pulling neck, arms, and legs. He also started acupuncture therapy. We did nine sittings with him. The last sitting was terrible. Acupunture was applied to several parts of the body. We were also given medicines from the same physiotherapy center for Zinc, Calcium, Omega, and some painkillers. The next three days, my wife had extreme fever. There was terrible pain all over the body. The pain was so bad that she could hardly move. She has been bed-ridden for the last three days. Because of pulling, stressing, and twisting of the neck, she has extreme headache. Pain killers are not working. She has extreme headache for the last three days. She is in a terrible situation. We re-visited the neuro physician and he advised us to stop physio therapy from there on immediate basis. ***** * **************** ** ** *** ********** ** ********* ** **** *** ********** *** ** **** * **** ***** ** *** **** ***** **** ************ *** ***** I am in a very difficult situation right now. My wife is bed-ridden and I can't do anything about it. Please do your due deligence before availing any services at this physio therapy center. I have paid a big price. I hope my bad experience will help save pain happening to others.

Feedback for Dr. J B Mishra
I first visited Dr. J B Mishra in October 2019 for persistent trapezius muscle stiffness that had troubled me for over a year. To my surprise, just one session with him resolved the issue completely, and it never returned.
Recently, I went back to him for my long-standing injuries—tennis elbow and a glute-ham issue—and once again, after just one session, I feel significantly better. I look forward to continuing my high-volume failure training injury-free!
Additionally, my daughter, an athlete, needed consultation due to multiple sports injuries that have affected her training. *** *** **** ******* * *** **** ******** ***** ********* ***** ****** *** I’m confident she will soon resume her practice and excel in sports.
Yes, his consultation fee is on the higher side, but it is absolutely worth it! Wishing him continued success in helping people stay fit and pain-free. Godspeed!

Hello Friends,
I went to Dr. J B Mishra for rehabilitation as I was suffering from partial paralysis. My left hand was paralyzed and was not having movement.
When consulted Dr. J B Mishra, he asked me for 3 months which we agreed upon and started treatment on 11th May. After completion of 3 months, i.e. 11th August, he made my hand working 90%
This is really great, getting movement in a paralyzed body part and that too from 10% - 90%
I would suggest you all any kind of body pain, please consult him once* ** ** ****** **** ********* *** ***********
Thanks

Dr is ***** ************* *** well experienced. He explained the issues very well. However, I am totally unsatisfied with the treatment plan. Dr did not consider my time constraints and not bother about how I am progressing. I found it very insensitive. I had to leave without completing treatment plan. I took a package of 10,000 for 10 days physiotherapy. This turned out to be the cost when performed by assistants. Dr charged exorbitant money when he performed physiotherapy. Dr charged for dry needling for lower back and neck separately even when he did needling only in lower back region. He also charged double for manual therapy. Totally unsatisfied with the services. I would not want to go again to the Dr. Very bad experience.
