I sought guidance from Mrs. Dipti for speech therapy for my three-year-old daughter, whose speech was unclear in certain letters. The only negative draw back is that the battery is expensive.

Hence have to sparingly use the hearing aid for lectures, discussions and when acutely needed.

In the beginning one gets discouraged. But slowly have to learn to play by ear.

The product was found defective.

Was readily sent for inspection.

And a new one was replaced.
