I have low platelet count and was bleeding profusely from my nose ,I have consulted Dr Dhaiwat shukla for low WBC and platelets he asked us to undergo ANA testing which was positive and he started using on MMF steroids and cartiquin and now my reports are normal platelet count is 2.78 lakh
