In this era of digitization of everything, we have a vision to transfer patients manual records into electronic medical records ( emr ).We want to establish a system in which patient will be having access to medical records just on one click. They can see their past vital signs, blood investigations, radiological investigations in their mobiles, I pads or laptops.This will help them to get in touch with past records anytime anywhere.Sometimes patient used to come to me directly from office. ** *** **** ********* * *** **** Dr Tapan Shah and Sangini Hospital staff. Very friendly atmosphere, kind to listen our problems. I got very explanatory diagnostics of my problem with proper resolution. Other major factor is hospital is in mid of city area which is very easy to reach.
My treatment has been handled by different doctors as per the availability like Dr Harsh Maniar, Dr Mahesh Khapandi but I didn’t explained all the things again and again as they already conveyed about my history.
My daughter had swelling at her feet so we went to Dr. Tapan Shah.
He seriously examined the problem and treated us politely.
He got done some necessary reports like Blood, Urine and X-RAY of the feet to diagnosis the cause and remedy of the same.
Now we are taking medicines as per Dr. Tapan Shah's prescription and will update you after completion of the course.

It was a problem with heart beat. I contacted Dr Tapan Shah after taking an appointment from practo. Waiting time was ok. Hospital is clean. Staff is polite. Dr Shah listened to me carefully and suggested treatment. He suggested tests wont be necessary. 600 rs is consulting charge. They have a set uo of complete cardiac care. Happy with services.

The Doctor was very friendly and the way he communicates with the patient is very nice.
I really liked the hospital too. Hospitals here are quite expensive and Sangini hospital is affordable which is quite good. The Doctor really communicates well with the patient .my experience in this hospital has been so far so good. Also, the Doctor's friendliness toward the patient was very good.
