Very rude and unfair on call.

He stoped receiving call.

I can understand he is Dr. and may be busy, but my call was also not for marketing. I just called Dr. for the review of my fathers report and i don't think those 2 min of call would affect his busy schedule.

Recommendation – I wouldn't recommend this doctor to a friend/family.

Wait-Time – I had to wait 40 minutes to meet with the doctor (Appointment slot was 5:00 PM)

Feedback about Healthcare Service Provider – Jovial doctor. Although the clinic had a bad stench and the staff were pretty judgy and kinda impolite.

Health Issue – GERD, Excessive Burping and IBS.

I've been taking the prescribed medicines and the issue doesn't seem to get any better. The doctor barely spent 5 minutes with me to analyze the issue. *** ****** ***** ***** *** **** *** ********** The previous patient paid only 400 rupees for consultation.

It was our first visit for my Mom's stomach ache issue, doctor explained each and every reason and listens to us patiently. Highly recommended !!

Friendly nature and supportive

The office staff is very courteous and always smiling. This makes it a friendly environment. Dr. Shushil spent adequate time explaining my diagnosis and next steps in my treatment. He took time reviewing my medication regimen and writing down needed refills. I have referred family members to Dr. Shushil and will continue to recommend this medical clinic to others. I receive treatment at the Maple Trade Center, Thaltej Location.

Doctor is very understanding, listens to your patiently and diagnosed the issue accordingly. The medicines provided really helped my condition. And he also suggested to whatsapp him on test results om which he promptly responded. Much appreciate doctor!! And thank u!
