Dr. R.K.Mandot has more than 17 years of experience in the field of Nephrology with hands-on experience in kidney transplant both cadaveric as well as a living donor, critical care renal replacement therapy, management of long term haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients. Having performed more than 1000 renal transplants (live and cadaveric donors) and 4000 renal biopsies, he leads the organization’s thrust on continuous quality improvement processes to achieve the highest standards of patient satisfaction.
