I am a sports person & due to that sometimes i got anckle pain , last time my pain was too much so i got in touch with dr rachana & i consulted about my pain. She explained me the reason of pain very well and showed me some stretching exercise for the same. Overall my experience was good & satisfying. I Will surely recommend to others

The manner in which the treatment is given is very convincing. Different exercises suggested to me are very simple and yet effective in removing the problem from the root.
