Suffered dropped knuckle a few months ago after punching hard object. It has been seen by a doctor who concluded that no surgery was needed. I'd like to know whether or not the dropped knuckle will go back to its normal position overtime or if it is dropped forever.

Its been 2 weeks since I had an ACL reconstruction on my right leg with hamstring tendon as the autograft. I am currently walking with a single crutch and undergoing rigorous physiotherapy to get back ROM. I am having extremely sore mornings with stiffness in the operated leg. Most importantly, the medial side of the right calf is extremely stiff and painful which is causing me a lot of pain during physiotherapy. I am applying ice to it about 4 times a day but still the area has been very painful. There is no clot or swelling in my operated leg. What should I do to reduce the pain and discomfort? Will the pain fade away with time?

you should address the knee injury with arthroscopic surgery and dont delay it unnecessarily.

Hope I will be taken good care by him given that I am a sportsman and I would like to recuperate as fast as I can under him so that I can return to the courts as early as possible.

My greetings to Dr Jain to start this dedicated clinic and wish him all the best for his upward growth in stature and impart selfless service to all.
