I recently dislocated my shoulder 10 days ago, the hospital relocated it & x-ray came back ok. everything was going fine until two days ago, I started getting a burning sensation in my right arm & shoulder but now its traveling down my body. Is it dangerous?? I think its damaged nerves, does this heal on its own? Could you please advise me on what I need to do? I've also got agoraphobia which means I can't go out, so I can't go to hospital, please help me? 11 Views

I have shoulder pain which is deep inside and pricking throughout, but there is nothing on touch and neither can be pointed out at a point on hand or shoulder. It suddenly comes as a shock, a sudden bolt upon movement (eg wearing a shirt, tying shoelace, combing hair), aggravates as a sudden one at particular movement. But constant nagging pain is there disrupting my daily life. It has been over a year now, tried a lot of medicines and drs, but there has not been muchhelp, which also includes taking a steroid injection. I am diabetic, with sugar levels under control with exercise, food control and medicines. Please advise and relieve me from this pain. Thankss in advance.

I am having biceps tendonitis from last 3 months. I have gone to sports injury hospital and Sitaram Bharti also, but the problem took two months to get diagnosed. I have been regular to gym from.last 7 years and it happened while doing pull ups. I have gone through IFT and ultra sonic along with wax heating for last 10 days but there is no relief. Being a fitness freak and having profession in the same field, it is very depressing that their is no guarantee of treatment. I don't have any pain in lifting around 5 kg and doing my daily worl, problem starts when I exercise with biceps. I have put myself on long rest too but pain subsidizes and comes back when I start exercising. Let me know if it is permanently curable or physiotherapy is just a pain reliever not killer? If yes, how long shall it take in my case?

Biceps tendonitis can be due to slap tear..get your self assessed and mri assessment done.

I have been suffering from this shoulder rotation restriction problem from past four months, I went to physiotherapy for almost two months and then there was a bulge ( shoulder to elbow ) part which was very hard initially and then slowly it got smoothened. Initially there was a pain even for small movement of hand , but now there hand moment and pain is little better due to continuous physical exercises. Despite these medicine ,physical exercises ,and some physiotherapy.... finally there is no full rotation of shoulder, and no free movement . Need suggestion regarding this, what to be done for final cure and some sort of surgery required or any other treatment to be followed..?? Please let me know
