Dr. Jignesh Ahir (PhD)

When we first met Dr. Jignesh Ahir, our relationship was falling apart. Both of us were mentally exhausted — full of anger, sadness, and misunderstandings. Through his couple therapy sessions, we not only rebuilt our bond but also healed individually. He helped us communicate better, manage our emotions, and understand each other with empathy. Today, our relationship feels peaceful and supportive again. We’re truly grateful for his guidance.

When I talk doctor for consultation that first conversation has released my trauma to some extent bcoz the way he talks and listen to patient is really admirable.He is a extremely agood counsellor with him any age group counsllee will be able to share his/her problem. I found this in my case I easily not able to cop up with any one bt he made me to share my problem without hesitation. Now if talk about the technique and way used by him for improvement is really very effective .with in 10 days therapy I have found a lot of change in me. I really appreciate Ahir'sir behaviour, care and understanding nature.He is too good as counsellor and psychotherapist.

Mr. Jignesh is most ethical psychologist, therapist and life coach and his primary concern is more of patient/client wellbeing than any other thing. I'm visiting sir for my anxiety issues due to some situation and also because of sudden shift in my career. Sir has given me couple of Sessions of relaxation methods where I could feel better myself and few home-based exercises also to do as a part of CBT to keep up my wellbeing. Sir has given me freedom to call anytime I feel low or in the time of worry.
