He achieved his masters in Oral Pathology from Gujarat University. On completion of an internship, he joined K.M.Shah Dental College as Lecturer. In 2001, he joined R.C. Gandhi Trust Hospital in Baroda as a Dental Surgeon. Simultaneously, he pursued Diploma in Hospital Management from NILEM.

I want to share my exceptional experience with Hemang Zala Dental Clinic, but I purposely took 2 months to give feedback because after a string of disappointing dental experiences in Ahmedabad, this time I decided to give feedback only after having an experience. I had developed a pus formation and other issues in one tooth due to earlier wrong treatments, but a referral led me to Dr. Hemang Zala.
He presented two options: extract the tooth or attempt to save it. Despite initial severe pain and my decision to opt for extraction, Dr. Hemang's confidence and patience convinced me to continue treatment in saving the tooth. Dr.Hemang gently handled my case, he would carefully treat every sittings. This was quite challenging case and I do agree with that! Dr. Priyanka also played a crucial role in my care.
After two months, I'm thrilled that my tooth has been saved! I'm impressed by Dr. Hemang and his team's professionalism, care, and dedication. They take the time to understand, diagnose, and develop personalized solutions. I've finally found a fantastic dental clinic that I highly recommend *

I used practo because it shows a doctor's experience, feedback etc. but am not satisfied with the treatment provided.
First of all i chose dr. Hemang as he had 18 years of experience but to my shock the doctor just check my teeth for 2 mins and the complete cleaning process was done by one of his assistants.
The assistant might have 0 experience or not but we did not chose her we chose doctor hemang.
after that the cleaning process for which they charged 1400 there are still clear visible black spots in my teetc so no proper cleaning.
and they took cash for teeth x-ray and when asked for the x-ray, they were like we can only give soft copy on mail and cannot print it.
When you are charging rs.400 for x ray patient must have the print out.
and when asked for tooth ache, the doctor had no clue as she might not be experienced and she just said sensodyne toothpaste. when you are paying to go to a doctor and u listen what u see on tv only that use sensodyne than whats the use of going to a professional.?
Very disappointed with the hospital, treatment, cleanliness, and the doctor as well.
I want my cash back as i was not treated by the doctor who was mentioned in practo.
Please let me know the procedure for that.
