Yesterday, I booked appointment for my wife (poonam Vala) of Dr Vipali Trivedi (Sachi women hospital, ahmedabad), I got confirmation message on SMS as well.
today, I reached hospital at 9:00 AM as per specified booking time. On my surprise, they have not taken note of my booking! the staff is very unprofessional as I follow up after 45 minute that What about my appointment? they said doctor is in OT! and cant meet.
Now, I am OK with doctor has some OT emergency, but they must told me that doctor is not available! this is very bad gesture from sachi women hospital!
Everyone's time is precious specially those who are living in big cities, such unprofessional cant be tolerated.
