Dr. Tejas Shah

I know Dr. Tejas Shah and Dr. Preksha Shah since last 20 years. I was bit afraid of doing my catract surgery since long as it was not simple catract surgery but bit complected. I was facing problem during night driving, against sunlight, won't be able to see ball while playing golf and lot more.

Dr. Tejas Shah gave me conference by advised me to do robotic surgery. I was admitted on Monday 6th June 2021.

Ms. Divya, management team coordinator, explain me in very nice way that what will going to happen in OT and gave me confidence.

Ms. Khushboo, mediclaim assistance provide me all the papers and documents at one go. I don't even ask her once for a single document.

Mr. Yasin was handelling 5/6 preoperative patients one by one and I was amazed by his speed and prompt work. He explained me pre and post operative care to be taken in very nice way.

OT was very well equipped and well trained prefessionals team of Dr. Tejas Shah. The best part is there was very cool and soothing atmosphere in OT with light music playing and everyone makes me feel like nothing gonna happen.

My surgery ends with word "Supeb" by Dr. Tejas and withing 10 minutes I was allowed to go home. I was preety normal from very second minute and to my surprise Dr. Tejas allow me to play golf on very second day. I fell lots of a difference in my eyesight which I was never imagine.

I sincerely thankful to Dr. Tejas, Dr. Preksha and his entire team for showing me real colors of life!!!

I had itchy eyes. So I went to this doc. What annoyed me was-The staff asked me for the visiting fee before consultation. I felt like going to a multiplex after giving my counter foil to the Usher. This is not cool at all.

The doctor gave me Basifloxacin ophthalmic drops worth 370 Rs.

Despite applying it for 2 days, it dint help. The irritation persisted and got worse. The worst part was, the drops were thick and every-time I applied, I could not see anything. Being thick it dint even spread properly over the eyeballs.

I had same type of problem around 7 month ago and some other doctor suggested me Gatifloxacin+Loteprednol. Brand Name-Zylopred. I decided to change the medicine myself. Since last night I used the medicine for 3 times and feel much almost normal now. There is little redness, but i know it will eventually go.

Also, after the consultation was over, a staff came over to me and gave me a tablet to fill up a review. I could not do that coz the battery level was zero. Now I am suspecting that it must have been reviewing the doctor on Practo. I mean who would take a self assessment review when you have a small clinic where everything is accessible and under the preview of the doc?? With low computer and internet literacy you can make anyone fill that up.

Bad experience overall and very suspicious staff behavior.

I have done my surgery at this hospital and having good vision, recommend this hospital for any eye surgery or consultation

First,They want to fill up the form in which you are giving them authorities to do what they think suitable for your eyes...

After that,their staff who will check your eye numbers and asked problem that you are facing, after that tejas sir entered and without any explanation by taking 2 min only told us to seat outside for eye dilation.

After puting drops into the eyes(by staff member),my eye diabetic check up begun by another doctor not by tejas sir.

If i am taking appointment from tejas sir then why i checked up by another doctor?

I really thank the doctors fr being so prompt in their actions as they treated my injured eye for which I had already left hope.I am luck to get timely treatment by the team of doctors who had been very friendly and polite throughout the treatment. As I entered,the doctor was ready to diagnose me and they peacefully gave all the details about my surgery and assured me to make things better.Its been a really good experience to be treated here.

I went to so many doctors but I never found any doctor like Dr.tejash shah. Myso many NRI friend also treated by him by my reference because his advice is totally genuine and no one can handle our problems like he did for us. Thank you doctor for your kind support to us. We are treated here like a family members.

******.A professional setup with good doctors and staff...A very pleasant experience. The treatment by the Dr and team..especially Dr Rekha Madam was very nice and they carried out the Root Canal treatment in a very nice manner.
