Dr. Sujata Mehta Ambalal completed her medical education from two of the most prestigious institutes of India- Smt. NHL Medical College (V.S. Hospital)and B.J. Medical College (Civil Hospital), Ahmedabad. She was 7th in the university in MBBS and 1st in her college in MD examinations.A scholar of the International Society of Dermatology, she has presented many research papers and posters in national and international conferences. She was invited to Prague to read her paper titled “HIV Dermatoses in India” at the International Congress of Dermatology. She is a peer reviewer for the International Journal of Dermatology. Her papers have been published in dermatology and other specialty journals. She has given lectures and educational interviews on television and radio.She has worked as in house Consultant dermatologist at Shalby Hospitals and is associated with the Dept. of Cosmetic Surgery. She has attended many seminars, workshops and courses on aesthetic dermatology, trichology and dermatosurgery and received accreditation from the American Academy of Continuing Medical Education, European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, Indian Academy of Dermatology, Venereology and Leprology, Cosmetic Society of India and Cosmetic Dermatology Society of Ahmedabad.Dr. Sujata firmly believes that no two people are alike and thus provides individualized skin treatment.
