We visited this dentist for my 88-year-old mother, and the experience was excellent. Dr. Pankti Patel was incredibly kind, caring, and patient throughout the visit. She was very thorough, carefully reviewing my mother’s medical history and current medications before proceeding.
She explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all our questions without rushing, which made us feel comfortable and well-informed at every step. The clinic was also very clean and hygienic, which made it feel especially safe.

I am very scared to visit to a dentist because I have very bad experience with the dentist in past. ********** ******* ********* *********** ********* ********* ** **** **** ******* ********
One month back, suddenly, my second molar started paining a lot and i was very scared due to my past bad experience. But the pain was unbearable and I had to visit dentist. Hence I searched 3-4 best dentists in Ahmadabad through Practo, also, I asked my friends to recommend best dentists in Ahmadabad. After seeing all the 3-4 dentists, finally I decided to go to Dr. Pankti Patel by seeing her positive reviews and feedback.
Dr. Pankti is a great dentist. She was so understanding of everything. I really felt very comfortable around her and she explained all the concerns regarding my treatment very calmly. She explained all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment.
My wisdom tooth was completely horizontal and it had started causing infection/decay in its neighboring tooth. She told me that i should have removed my wisdom tooth at the early age around 18.
But the only option was to remove wisdom tooth. Hence, I removed the wisdom tooth and did the RCT of its neighboring tooth. It took 4-5 sittings for complete treatment including extraction, RCT, crowning.
I am so happy with the service that i will always visit Dr. Pankti Patel in case of any issue in future.
Her staff is also extremely helpful. Everyone speaks very polite and co-operative.
The place is very net and clean and they have well sterilized equipment.

I visited her for a dental checkup. The clinic is in a building which is just on the main road and yet, it did not help me get into her clinic easily. From the road, I could see the hoarding with the name of her clinic in the third floor. I took the lift that was available in the front side on the building. It took me to the third floor only to see a closed metal door which bordered the lift only to make feel rather claustrophobic. Panicking, I immediately pressed the down button and came outside the building to check if I got into wrong building. The board was there. Reassured, I, then, went around the building to see if there was any other entrance to the building. There was one behind the building and there was a lift there too. I was not ready for another claustrophobic experience, hence took the stairs this time. I found her clinic, finally. They should keep path indicators that directs the first time visitors to take the stairs. It would have saved me time and the experience. I wanted to give her a feedback on it. But all those thought went away once I entered the clinic. Trust me it looks better than what is shown in the picture mentioned in the website. It was a pretty modern clinic. The receptionist got my details and requested to wait for sometime. She was very cordial. After few minutes, the doctor called me into her inspection room. The moment I entered her room, she began a casual conversation to make me feel at ease and comfortable. After a brief inspection, she suggested I should go for teeth cleaning and nothing more as I had no cavity. However, she did not try to force me into doing it. It came from her only as a suggestion which made feel more confident about it. I went for it. The procedure was a quick one. Again, she ensured I did not get scared when she put in three or four metal equipments inside my mouth. I should mention here that the treatment room was pretty clean and very well maintained. After the treatment, she took me into her consultation room to give me few tips on dental hygiene. Overall, it was a good experience.
I recommend Dr. Pankti Patel. The consultation was positive and I felt confident in the care provided.
