Wisdom tooth is evolution process and natural phenomena not useful to the body so it is advisable to get it removed also it get bacterial infection easily.It may cause the neighbouring tooth to decay.Difficult to clean that area without syringe.Applicable for only half grown wisdom tooth which is more popular in younger generation .
