Hoped for better: Wait time
I took his appointment for 11 am. I reached there on time. but no one comes till 11.45 . I keep asking to the receptionists when he will be coming .and every time a Very casual reply " oh, he is coming in half an hour". if doctor has no interest in coming to Hospital, why he has given appointment to patient. do you think we have no other work and have all the time to wait for you till eternity. there is no option for giving him zero, that why I m giving one star.
