I consulted doctor for cellulitis problem which arose due to bacterial infection in my wound. The doctor understood my problem effectively over phone call and looking at pictures of infected leg. His prescription was very effective and I started getting relief in couple of days. After 8 days of medication I am now almost fully recovered. Just very minor itching and redness is there which I guess should go away in few days.

Just one thing I wanted to check with you about any follow up precautionary medication if any but practo is connecting me to a different doctor. Don’t know how to connect back with you.

The doctor quickly listened to my issues and gave the diagnosis. Although he was quick to finalize the diagnosis and prescription, he was also kind and patient enough to agree to read my earlier health checkup report. He called me back to answer all queries related to it. Overall it was very effective.

I told him that I mistakenly took a tablet for a sore throat without knowing that it had Azithromycin, a drug that I'm allergic to. I explained that I'm having stomach pain, diarrhea and nausea. He just said to stop taking Azithromycin and to drink water. I obviously know to not take it again since it was a mistake! But he didn't address the main issue. He kept asking me about my sore throat, cough and cold. I consulted him via Practo on an urgent basis. The doctor seemed to be in a rush, I wasn’t heard patiently, he barely spoke to me for a minute & abruptly just ended the diagnosis & sent me a prescription. I don’t know if his diagnosis or prescription was okay or not but I didn’t feel like he heard me properly so I wouldn’t recommend. It was a waste of my money. Doctors need to be more warm & patient.

I had horrible throat pain bcz of which I had to consult on practo..even after choosing videocall Doctor called me on Audio..and prescribed medicine.After taking his prescription my pain is worse..would never ever recommend this D

As I was new consulted this doctor for my fever and cold, but sadly I was diagnosed with dengue. Doc didn't give more medication just gave tablets only for cold and vitamin tablets. * ****** ******* ** **** Now I need to consult other doctor.
