I was struggling with unhealthy eating and lifestyle patterns and was having trouble sleeping while I consulted her. She patiently enquired about my current state and habits and where I wanted to improve. Through a basic diet plan combined with fundamental Ayurvedic treatment, I began to see results in two weeks. I again consulted her and she was more than happy to see the changes while guiding me further. It has been 6 months since I am following her diet plans and routine changes, and I can vouch that I have never felt happier and fitter.
