I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the extraordinary care and surgical expertise you provided to my 82-year-old father-in-law during one of the most challenging times for our family.

When I received the news that my father-in-law had suffered a fall in Surat and was left immobile due to significant spinal cord compression at both the cervical and lumbar levels, I knew the situation was critical. As a medical professional myself, I was fully aware that given his advanced age and multiple health issues, he would not be able to tolerate two separate major surgeries. A single-stage, combined cervical and lumbar surgery was the only real option to give him a chance at regaining mobility.

That moment of reassurance meant the world to us. We immediately followed your advice and went to Zydus Hospital Ahmedabad. Despite our late-night arrival, your junior doctor was there to meet us promptly, reflecting your team's dedication and professionalism.

On the day of surgery, we were naturally anxious, given the high risks involved. But your clear communication, compassionate approach, and willingness to address all our concerns gave us comfort. The surgery itself was technically demanding and delicate, yet your skill and precision shone through.

I am truly impressed by your outstanding expertise in handling such a complex and high-risk case. Performing both cervical pedicle screw fixation and lumbar spine fixation surgery simultaneously on my 82-year-old father-in-law—who is battling osteoporosis, diabetes, and recently diagnosed metastatic cancer—was no small feat. Your skill, confidence, and ability to manage such a delicate procedure with precision are truly commendable.

My daughter who is 15 years , was diagonosed with a very low stage of ulcer. When we consulted him , he simply just gave her a lot of laboratory tests and a CT-scan******* * ****** *** *** ********* *** * ***** **** and then gave her high dosage of steriods ***** **** *** ********* **** *****.

On his advice, I admitted my daughter in Zydus Hospital, Ahmedabad for further tests. There were no explanations, counselling from him about the need for these tests or the results of the test were never discussed for the final outcome even after 3 days of admission in the hospital.

We are heartily thankful to Dr. Ankit Mehta who has helped us is crisis periods for our child and gave complete medical attention, compromising his holidays and ensuring that our child recovers and live a normal life.
