We visited this dentist for my 88-year-old mother, and the experience was excellent. Dr. Pankti Patel was incredibly kind, caring, and patient throughout the visit. She was very thorough, carefully reviewing my mother’s medical history and current medications before proceeding.
She explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all our questions without rushing, which made us feel comfortable and well-informed at every step. The clinic was also very clean and hygienic, which made it feel especially safe.
What stood out even more was that she followed up after the consultation to check on one of the medications she was concerned about. That level of care and attention is truly appreciated.
The staff was polite and professional, adding to the overall positive experience. We would highly recommend this clinic, especially for elderly patients.
