The best personal suggestion is, if you have to sooner or later remove all your four wisdom molars due to their wrong positioning is the way I had undergone as per the feedback of Dr. Shaswat Diwan was through General Anesthesia. Seeing the OT was a nightmare but it was the most comfortable way as wisdom molars are like appendix in your mouth as they are non functional. One should get them removed at one go. It is a matter of 7-10 days you might have swelling, the pain is being taken care with the help of pain killers.
