Hello, I am Radhika Modi, living in Ahmedabad. My right knee started hurting me almost 2 years back. 1 and a half years back I was told by a very well known doctor of Ahmedabad for knee replacement. That time my knee was not so bad so I didnt bother much. Instead I tried other methods like physiotherapy, ayurved, naturopathy. Could sustain and was able to do all my work. Yes once in a week I also took pain killer. After 2020 diwali my knee started hurting more. Took treatment from those who claim 'knee can be cured without surgery'.. It doesnt happen after certain period.

Meanwhile I was invited to visit Dr Ruchir Patel's *OrthoD* hospital.. I went. As I entered the hospital I felt the vibrations were so very positive... My inner voice said, in case you need knee replacement, this is the place... That time I could not meet Dr Ruchir Patel as he was out of town. After few days, I took an appointment and went to meet him. Oh GOD, meeting him was amazing. Very simple but dynamic, well experienced, thorough in his knowledge. He explained me why I need knee surgery and what will be the result after seeing my xray. This time too the vibrations of the Doctor and hospital helped me take the decision to go for knee replacement.. After the corona effect slowed down the date was fixed, 10th June 2021... The surgery was done successfully... I started walking with walker on very next day, climbed stairs the next day and came home... I am writing this on 15th day..Believe me I am so very happy as I have No Pain and am able to do all my work by myself.. On 4th day I walked without any support on road.. And have started walking without support àt home. Can climb stairs with 2 legs not with 1 as I used to before surgery. My sister in law is a doctor in Mumbai, seeing my progress she said, You have taken right decision for right doctor. Her son is Orthopedic Surgeon in Pune said after seeing my xray, that your doctor has done perfect job.. His wife is a physiotherapist in Mumbai looking at my progress said, your surgery is done perfectly and thats the reason you are recovering so well...

*OrthoD* hospital is so very clean and neat, peaceful and comfortable...Room has clean bathrooms too.Staff is polite and efficient... My 2 days stay was very very comfortable...

*Dr Ruchir Patel* young, quiet but very dynamic, confident in his subject. He answered all my questions too patiently... I am very very very happy... Today is 15th day of my surgery, I am so very comfortable even with stitches still on... *I highly recommend Dr Ruchir Patel and OrthoD hospital for any ortho related problems.* I was advised by many of my well wishers to go to *known* Doctor for surgery. But my inner voice had made me take the decision.. I am glad I listened to my inner voice and not my well wishers.. Now looking at my progress they too have agreed that my decision was perfect..
