Infocus Diagnostics is a diagnostic imaging and pathology centre at Swastik Society in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. It operates 24 hours a day.Imaging is the centre's core work, and its equipment is the substance of what it offers: a 3 Tesla MRI, a 128-slice multidetector CT scanner and a 16-slice PET-CT scanner, alongside X-ray, ultrasound and echocardiography.Cardiac imaging includes CT coronary angiography, CT calcium scoring, carotid Doppler and ECG, which together cover the non-invasive assessment of coronary risk.PET-CT is used principally in cancer staging and follow-up, and is not available at every diagnostic centre.The pathology laboratory runs routine and profile testing, including complete blood count, ESR, fasting blood sugar, lipid profile, blood urea and serum creatinine, thyroid stimulating hormone, uric acid, SGPT, serum calcium, vitamin D and vitamin B12, anaemia profile, and urine and stool examination.Health check-up packages are offered at several levels, and teleradiology reporting is available.The premises are accessible throughout, with a wheelchair accessible entrance, lift, washroom and car parking.Infocus Diagnostics is located at 45B, Swastik Society, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, behind the Vodafone store. Navrangpura is the central business and education district of Ahmedabad, next to Gujarat University and the CG Road commercial strip, and it holds much of the city's private specialist practice. A centre with PET-CT and 3T MRI here takes referrals from consultants across the western half of the city rather than serving one neighbourhood.
